In our consultation I will be able to better identify your needs in the search for your next home. We will discuss preferred communities and aspects of the property that are the utmost important to you.
I have a strong database of professionals in home financing that will also be able to assist in the home buying process.
Time for Showings
When we have chosen the properties that interest you, I will arrange times for us to view these homes and answer any questions you may have. My knowledge and experience in these areas will be at your disposal. I also have access to properties listed outside the MLS to show you as well.
Closing & Celebration
Offers and negotiations will be handled with your utmost interest in mind. I have lawyers in my database who work specifically in real estate to help us conclude your transaction. When you are working with me there is a strong team of professionals in your corner. Once the property is closed and our celebration ensues I will remain a resource for you should any questions arise.
